AutoXtend team leaders are chosen for their experience, training credentials, and demonstrated repair proficiency as well as their ability to share that knowledge and direct their team.
They are the elite of the automotive repair industry, reaching levels of ASE certification known as L1 and L2. To reach this pinnacle, an AutoXtend technician must first pass stringent testing created by the Automotive Service Excellence group, must have proven repair experience in 10-plus distinctive categories of automotive systems, and must have worked in the industry for the prescribed time.
Your AutoXtend team leader is intimately involved with every vehicle service and directs technicians on procedures to expedite the repair process. The team leader then inspects the repair before we hand the vehicle over to you

Systems differ between automotive makes and models. Our primary goal is to pair your vehicle with the technician most familiar with its system.
Your technician is familiar with your vehicle and is ASE certified in the category of repair being performed on it. AutoXtend technicians have been tested and have received an ASE level of competency from level 4 to level 1, based on their certifications and abilities. We only assign a job to a technician based on the technician’s area of expertise and certification.

AutoXtend’s customer advisors and service advisors are your automotive translators, bridging the gap between auto service jargon and your description of what you’re experiencing on the road.
Our trained automotive advisors pick up on key words and phrases you use as you describe the problem. They translate what you tell them so that technicians can use your information to get to the cause. When we determine the issue, your advisor translates the technician’s diagnostics so that you’ll understand the problem, the repair process required, and the time and expense needed to fix it.
